Service Process
- 1
Sample Submission
Provide textile waste or samples for preliminary evaluation and testing to confirm the sample type, quality, and characteristics, and to determine the feasibility of subsequent processing.
- 2
Sample Testing
Based on the sample status, we decide whether to proceed with trial production.
- Trial production materials must reach 200 kg or more (provided based on actual sample conditions).
- Relevant fees will be charged for trial production to ensure that experimental investment and production line costs are covered.
- During the trial production process, we will record data to confirm processing effects and quality stability.
- 3
Capacity Planning
After confirming the trial results, we will proceed based on:
- Customer raw material types and properties
- Customer capacity requirements
- Site conditions and on-site environment
Conduct overall planning and customize machine models and system configurations to ensure the equipment meets production requirements.
- 4
Quotation
Upon completing the plan, we provide a formal quotation and process flowchart.
- Customers can clearly understand the overall equipment and system configuration costs.
- Paid prototyping fees can be credited toward the machine purchase, reducing initial customer costs.
- 5
Purchase Order
After the customer confirms the quotation and specifications, a purchase order is issued and a deposit is paid.
- Production scheduling begins upon receipt of the deposit.
- We will arrange equipment manufacturing according to the delivery schedule and keep updating the customer on progress.
- 6
Delivery and Installation
Once equipment manufacturing is complete, we will arrange for technical personnel based on site conditions to handle:
- Machine assembly and system adjustment
- On-site operational guidance to ensure operators are familiar with the workflow
- Provide daily usage precautions and maintenance recommendations to ensure the equipment integrates smoothly into the production line
