Fabric Cutting Machines

Textile Shredders for Fabric Waste Recycling

Long Bliss Fabric Cutting Machines are used to cut textile waste into shorter fiber lengths, making the material easier to handle and recycle. In recycling applications, these machines function as textile shredders or rag-tearing machines, focusing on material size reduction rather than precision garment cutting.

These textile shredders can process a wide range of materials commonly found in textile waste streams, including cotton, blended fibers, nylon, polyester, carbon fiber, paper, and glass fiber. These materials may enter the machine in different forms, such as ropes or cords, yarn waste, fabric edges, or fabric scraps.

These garment shredders use a flat-blade cutting system to produce controlled fiber lengths. Fiber length is adjusted through stepless speed control by changing the material feed speed. The blade mechanism is designed for quick adjustment and fast changeover between materials, helping reduce setup time and maintain high productivity.

Two configurations in this series:

LB-107 and LB-108, both models use a blade mechanism built for quick adjustment and fast changeover between materials, reducing setup time and maintaining high productivity for textile mills and recycling facilities.
