Introduction

Used for the 2nd to 8th stages of fiber opening for various yarns, such as hemp, cotton yarns, TRC yarns, fabric edge yarns, textile scraps, nylon filaments, polyester filaments, and more.

1. Uses special needle cloth that does not damage fibers or cause pilling; loosens knots during the process and removes impurities with a dust-removal blade, preventing damage to fibers and needle cloth in subsequent steps.
2. Equipped with a variable frequency drive for adjustable speed control.
3. Uses different needle cloths according to customer fiber opening requirements (needle cloth sizes: 2.16, 1.65, 1.1).
