Yarn Waste Recycling Equipment

Turnkey Recycling System

Based on specific material characteristics and production requirements, this recycling solution is delivered as a comprehensive "turnkey system" covering system planning, equipment integration, and process alignment. By offering a complete and immediately operational recycling line, the turnkey approach simplifies project implementation and reduces integration effort for manufacturers. This allows customers to focus on garment waste management and fiber reuse without the complexity of managing individual machinery separately.

Yarn Waste Recovery System

A dedicated system for processing and reusing spinning and yarn waste. Our Yarn Waste Recovery System is designed to process various forms of yarn waste generated during spinning and yarn handling operations. Typical input materials include yarn bundles, soft waste, end breaks, and residual yarn waste that cannot be reused directly without proper opening and cleaning. The system supports semi-automatic operation through a series of yarn waste recycling machines, covering the complete process from cutting and feeding to fiber opening, intermediate storage, and baling. It is well-suited for spinning mills and textile manufacturers aiming to improve fiber recovery, increase material utilization, and reduce environmental impact.Recycling ProcessThe yarn waste recovery system integrates multiple yarn waste recycling machines in sequence to convert yarn waste into recovered fiber. Each stage is designed to progressively open tangled yarn structures, remove impurities, and prepare the material for stable reuse.01Cutting (LB-107)Yarn waste, including yarn ends and spinning waste, is fed into the LB-107 Fabric Cutting Machine, where it is cut into shorter, manageable lengths. This improves handling consistency and prepares the material for controlled feeding and fiber opening.02Feeding (LB-203)The cut material is conveyed through the LB-203 Fiber Feeding Machine, which regulates material flow and delivers it evenly to the fiber opening section of the line. Controlled feeding helps prevent surges and supports stable operation during opening.03Initial Fiber Opening (LB-208)The LB-208 Fiber Opener Machine performs the first opening stage using special card clothing. Tightly tangled yarn structures are gently loosened, while released impurities are removed by a dust-removal blade. This initial opening reduces mechanical stress on the fibers, helping prevent fiber breakage and minimizing wear on card clothing and downstream equipment.04Multi-Stage Fiber Opening (LB-407)The material then passes through the second to eighth fiber opening stages using the LB-407 Fiber Combing Machine. At these stages, different card clothing can be selected based on customer requirements to optimize opening performance and refine the recovered fiber for reuse.05Intermediate Storage (SB)The processed fiber is temporarily held in the Fiber Storage Box (SB), which buffers short-term variations in fiber flow before baling. This buffering function stabilizes system operation and ensures a steady feed to the baling machine, supporting consistent bale quality.06Baling (LB-502C)The recovered fiber is compressed into dense, stackable bales using the LB-502C Baling Machine, improving efficiency in storage, handling, and transportation.Advanced Process NotesIntegrated Equipment of the Recycling SystemThe yarn waste recovery system integrates the following equipment to support a complete recycling line.
